Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders in Canada arrive within 3–7 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 10 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Currently, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive the returned item, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I return a personalized item?
No, custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What materials are your products made from?
We use premium 925 sterling silver, ethically sourced gemstones, and high-quality diamonds in all of our collections.
Will my jewelry tarnish over time?
925 sterling silver may naturally oxidize. We recommend occasional polishing with a soft cloth and storing in a dry place.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, our jewelry is free from harmful metals like nickel and is safe for sensitive skin.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place and polish with a silver cleaning cloth to maintain shine.
Do you offer a cleaning or repair service?
We currently do not offer repair services, but we’re happy to guide you through proper care to keep your jewelry in top condition.
