Returns and Exchanges

Kindly send us a return request via email, including your Order Number, and we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that our return policy requires requests to be submitted within 10 business days. After the item is shipped back to us, please, allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of the refund. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

When will I get my refund?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen courier to get items back to us before being processed by our returns team.

Can I combine multiple returns into one return?

Returns are registered separately cannot be returned in one package. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package separately.
