The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. For delivery in Canada, standard shipping lead time is 3 to 9 business days and express shipping is 1-2 business days. For deliver in USA, standard shipping lead time is 4 to 8 business days and express shipping is 3 business days. 

Kindly send us a return request via email, including your Order Number, and we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that our return policy requires requests to be submitted within 10 business days. After the item is shipped back to us, please, allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of the refund.
